My Story

A Montana Journey with a Creative Heart

Though my journey began in Wisconsin, Montana has been my home since I was a year old. My name is Tayler Haxton, and after graduating from Belgrade High School in 2013, I followed my passion for visual storytelling to Montana State University, where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Film in 2017.

For several years, I honed my communication and people skills in the fast-paced restaurant industry. While I cherished the family-like atmosphere of that world, I knew my true calling was behind the lens. In 2021, I took a leap of faith to pursue videography full-time, officially launching Tay-Rae Productions in March 2023.

I’ve always been the "class clown"—the one who loves to make people laugh. Today, I infuse that same energy into my productions. I believe the best moments are captured when people feel at ease, and I pride myself on maintaining a professional yet vibrant environment where creativity thrives. My goal is to deliver high-quality films that you don’t just watch, but feel for a lifetime.
