FAA Part 107 Aerial Intelligence: Gain a new perspective with legal, insured drone cinematography. As a certified pilot, we provide high-production aerials that showcase your venue, project scale, or event footprint.

The Details

  • Booking: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your production date. The remaining balance is due prior to the release of high-resolution files.

  • Travel & Mileage: Professional coverage includes round-trip travel within a 30-mile radius (60 miles total) of Belgrade, MT. Travel beyond this radius is billed at $0.725/mile (IRS 2026 rates).

  • Lodging & Per Diem: For projects requiring an overnight stay or travel exceeding 50 miles (one-way) from Belgrade, a flat $60.00/day Per Diem applies. The Client is responsible for providing or reimbursing reasonable lodging expenses.

  • Aerial Drone Coverage: Included as an additional add-on; aerial filming is subject to FAA restrictions and safe weather conditions (low wind and no precipitation).

  • Review Window: Clients have 7 business days to request minor revisions upon delivery of the initial watermarked draft. If no feedback is provided within this window, the project is deemed "Approved" and the final balance becomes due.
