Aerial Operations:
All flights are performed by an FAA Part 107 Certified Pilot. Aerial services are subject to FAA airspace authorization and weather conditions. If flight is restricted, the aerial portion may be rescheduled or a ground-only credit will be applied.
Capture-Only Services:
Available for brokerage marketing teams at standard package rates plus the Raw Footage Archive fee. (Requires client-provided 1TB+ SSD or USB 3.0 drive).

Travel: First 30 miles (60 miles round-trip) from Belgrade, MT included.
The Details

Booking: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your production date. The remaining balance is due prior to the release of high-resolution files.

Travel & Mileage: Professional coverage includes round-trip travel within a 30-mile radius (60 miles total) of Belgrade, MT. Travel beyond this radius is billed at $0.725/mile (IRS 2026 rates).

Lodging & Per Diem: For projects requiring an overnight stay or travel exceeding 50 miles (one-way) from Belgrade, a flat $60.00/day Per Diem applies. The Client is responsible for providing or reimbursing reasonable lodging expenses.

Review Window: All revision requests must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the watermarked preview. If no feedback is provided within five (5) business days, the project will be deemed "Approved," and the final balance will be due to release the files.
