*Note on Ceremony Coverage: While all packages include filming of the ceremony for use in your Highlight/Cinematic films, the Full Ceremony Edit is a separate, long-form video capturing the entire service from start to finish with professional audio.

Multi-System Redundancy: We capture your ceremony using multiple camera angles and independent audio recorders. Your memories are protected by a redundant, multi-layered recording workflow.
4K Cinema Delivery: We film and export in ultra-high-definition 4K, ensuring your film looks just as stunning on a 70-inch home theater screen as it does on your mobile devices.
The Artisan Edit: We don't use 'filters.' Every shot is hand-graded in DaVinci Resolve to ensure natural skin tones and vibrant Montana landscapes, utilizing the high-dynamic range of our 4K systems.
60-Day Delivery: We value your excitement. Your final films are polished and delivered within 60 days of your wedding date.
Licensed & Insured: As a certified FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot, we provide legal and insured drone cinematography—capturing the epic scale of your venue from perspectives only a professional can provide.

TAY-RAE STANDARD
The Details:

Booking: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due in full 14 days prior to the wedding day.

Minor Revisions: Packages include 1–2 rounds of minor revisions (typos, clip swaps, or audio adjustments) to ensure your final film is perfect.

Raw Footage Archive: This optional $350.00 add-on provides all unedited clips. To facilitate the transfer, the Client is responsible for providing a 1TB or larger high-speed external drive (SSD or USB 3.0 preferred).

Aerial Drone Coverage: Included in the Gold package; aerial filming is subject to FAA restrictions and safe weather conditions (low wind and no precipitation).

Vendor Meals: For all packages, a hot meal is requested for the videographer during the reception dinner service.

Travel: Professional coverage includes round-trip travel within a 30-mile radius (60 miles total) of Belgrade, MT. Projects outside this radius may be subject to standard mileage rates $0.76 per mile (IRS 2026 mileage rates) and per diem fees.
